MECHANICAL IRIS
Designed a mechanical iris diaphragm that includes gears, blades, blade ring and base plate. There is a video that shows the mechanism in motion.

An automato driven by a series of cams which used in transforming rotary motion into linear motion.

TOY CAR MECHANISM
Powered by a 9V battery which is connected to a DC electric motor. 3mm led lamp has a 25 mA forward current and 2.1 V forward voltage. After calculations with these values of led, I added a 1/2W (390 ohms) resistor to the circuit. Also, there is a switch in the design. For the drive system, designed a worm gear and a worm wheel.
